Jeff Alt takes you on his highly acclaimed and entertaining adventure along the 2160-mile Appalachian Trail. Jeff lived in the woods for 147 days dedicating his journey to his disabled brother. Jeff inspired an annual walk which has raised more than $120,000 for the disabled. Jeff demonstrates how seemingly unreachable goals can be accomlished by "Sharing Your Dreams." Jeff shares life lessons he learned trudging through the forest encountering wild animals, rough weather, and interesting people.
