 Jeff Alt, has been featured on ESPN, Hallmark Channel and more. 
 His adventures have been widely featured in media across the 
 country including dozens of television and radio programs 
 (CNN-Radio, Good Day USA, KGO Radio, NPR etc).  
 Jeff's books have been reviewed in Library Journal, Chicago Sun 
 Times, and other leading review sources.  Jeff's books combined 
 have received five book awards.  Jeff has walked the 2,160-mile 
 Appalachian Trail, the 218-mile John Muir Trail with his wife, and 
 Jeff trekked across a 50 mile swath of Ireland last summer with his 
 wife, young daughter, and extended family.  Alt is an acclaimed 
 author and speaker, expert hiker, free-lance writer,certified speech 
 language communication expert, and member of the Outdoor 
 Writers Association of America (OWAA). As an outdoorsman, Jeff
